With two studios located in Totowa, New Jersey, FDO is recognized as one of the premier dance studios in the country. With classes for all ages and levels, celebrated Preschool and Children's programs, and an unsurpassed competitive team, you will want to call For Dancers Only YOUR studio!

Our Story

FOR DANCERS ONLY opened its doors in Little Falls, NJ in 1988 under the direction of Kelly Allen. In 2020, FDO moved to Totowa, NJ, and we now are happy to call Totowa our home. FDO story here.

Our Facilities

FOR DANCERS ONLY offers two locations, the main studio at 248 Union Blvd, and the Children's Studio at 320 Union Blvd. Both studios feature marley floors, full wall mirrors, theatrical lighting and professional sound systems. Our schedule offers a large selection of daytime, evening and weekend classes.

Elisabetta Spuria

Elisabetta Spuria is originally from Italy, where she grew up and started her professional career as a dancer/choreographer. Since she moved to New York City she has been working with such artists as Mariah Carey and Michael Bolton as both associate choreographer and assistant director. More about Elisabetta

Christina

Christina Kotsopoulos

Christina Kotsopoulos is originally from Toronto, where for 14 years she trained extensively at a competitive level at Vlad’s Dance Company. Starting from a young age, she had the privilege of working with many prestigious choreographers in commercial and concert dance settings. More about Christina

Samantha

Samantha Sonzogni

Samantha Sonzogni is an award winning choreographer who began dancing at age three at FDO. She has been trained extensively in all genres of dance under names such as Michael Minery and Ray Leeper. More about Samantha

Olivia Alboher

Olivia Alboher currently splits her time between LA & her home state of NJ. An FDO alumni, Olivia has a passion for teaching and choreography, and continues to pursue a career outside of the studio as shares herself with FDO. More about Olivia.

Kathy Vandereddt

Kathy VanDereedt is based out of NYC. She has toured and performed professionally around the world in a number of mediums, including concert dance, musical theater, television, commercial, and aerial work. More about Kathy

Daniel Vaniska

Most recently, Daniel was a cast member of Rosta Thomas' "Bad Boys of Dance" and the broadway musical "Hairspray" on the world's largest cruise ship, Royal Caribbean's Oasis of the Seas. More about Daniel.
